Another overnight trip to London with my wife; we may as well move there at this rate! This time, we stayed extremely central just off Leicester Square and went to see an excellent one-night-only show, Bowie Orchestrated hosted by Leo Green and his band at the Palledium.
Another overnight trip to London with my wife; we may as well move there at this rate! This time, we stayed extremely central just off Leicester Square and went to see an excellent one-night-only show, Bowie Orchestrated hosted by Leo Green and his band at the Palledium.

Rather than travelling on advanced off-peak tickets this for this trip to London my wife opted for slightly cheaper tickets for specific trains. This made little difference to our usual travel arrangements as we travelled on the trains that we normally take on our off-peak return tickets. But, my wife was less comfortable with the arrangements concerned about us missing the trains that were booked on and being excessed. Either way, the journey to London from Northampton went to plan. |

The journey home itself was as routine as ever but an unusual event was observed at Euston station prior to our departure. |
