A trip to London with my wife to attend an open-air concert in Hyde Park featuring the 80s icons that are Duran Duran! The following evening we attended an evening with Miriam Margolyes being interviewed by Julian Clarey. All this took place during a particularly hot few days in July with London at boiling point!

With my wife safely back in our air-conditioned hotel room, I took a walk to Paddington. Despite the heat, the railways appeared to be coping well with trains largely running to time. |

With the weather now a little cooler, it was time to make for home after our short stay in London. |
