An extended trip to London with my wife and son. The main purpose was to attend a Jools Holland concert in the open air at Kew Gardens. For a change, we based ourselves in southwest London staying in Richmond. I combined the visit to the capital with getting Bertie Brompton serviced and an enjoyable afternoon just north of King's Cross whilst my wife and son sent our savings!.

As we were staying in Richmond, we went from Milton Keynes to Kensington Olympia courtesy of Southern. |

An early morning return dash up to town from Richmond to drop the Brompton off for a service at the Covent Garden shop. I then accompanied my wife and son to the Westfield shopping centre at Shepherd's Bush where I promptly left them and took the tube to King's Cross. I then took a run out to Potters Bar and back stopping at every station as far as Alexandra Palace. I finally took the tube back to Waterloo and then a Southwest service the short distance to Richmond. |

A nip back to town to collect Bertie from the Brompton shop. I then rode accross London to meet my wife and son at Kensington Olympia for the journey home to Milton Keynes. |
