377203, SN 11.12 Milton Keynes Central-Clapham Junction (2O33, RT), Milton Keynes station
A sunny start to our trip at Milton Keynes station. Our train to London was Southern's 11.12 to Clapham Junction that we took as far as Kensington Olympia. 377203 took us as far as Kensington Olympia where we then took two buses to Richmond. In retrospect, it would have been better to take the Southern service to Clapham Junction and touch-in on our Oyster cards for the short journey by train to Richmond. I like these 377s, they are roomy and comfortable the only issues is the time taken between North Pole and Shepherd's Bush for the change over to AC to Dc operation that involves a complete stop and shut down of systems.

66099, stabled, Wembley yard
Not a great picture of 66099 stabled in Wembley yard but it was a 'photo-cop' for me! 66099 arrived in the country in April 1999 making it over twenty years old now.

66116, stabled, Wembley yard
A broadside of 66116 stabled in Wembley yard. I don't think that this locomotive moved over the next couple of days as it appeared to be in the same spot when we returned two days after this picture was taken.

Tickets, Milton Keynes Central-Kensington Olympia
Two of the three tickets that got us from Milton Keynes to Kensington Olympia. Our son put his in the barrier machine at Kensington before I could say show it to the gate line staff!
