My wife and I were for a short while the only passengers aboard the train as by using RTT rather than using the huge departure board on the concourse we were able to beat the mele that ensues once the platform is displayed. Tickets, London Euston-Northampton Our single tickets home from Euston to Northampton were slightly more costly than the outward fare at £7.70 each. This equates to a cost per mile of 11 pence versus 10 pence for the outward fare! On the return journey, our ticket was checked just one om arrival at Northampton at the gate line.
