After unpacking our kit I excitedly made my way down to Weybourne station just in time to catch the last workings of the day on the North Norfolk Railway.

92220, 564 & 12131, stabled, Weybourne Yard Weybourne Yard is always packed with stock and a vast range of locomotives. In this late afternoon view Worsdell former GER 564 that is a regular performer on the NNR. Somewhat dwarfing the 0-6-0 is the familiar bulk of the late David Shepherd's 9F 92220 'Black Prince'. Class 11 shunter number 12131 dating from 1952 completes the lineup with a whisp of smoke emanating from the funnel of 7F 53809 in the background. 53809, being readied, 1231, stabled, Weybourne Yard Former Somerset & Dorset 7F 2-8-0 53809 has just come off-shed at Weybourne having been steamed in readiness to work the evening's North Norfolkman dining train. It will soon head off tender first towards Sheringham in order to join its set of stock that will then make two return runs to Holt whilst diners enjoy a slap-up four-course evening meal! D6732, going on-shed, Weybourne station Having operated passenger services throughout the day on the North Norfolk Railway, D6732 has just returned light engine from Sheringham. It is seen at Weybourne slowly crossing to the 'wrong' platform in order to then reverse and access the yard. The formally numbered 37032 is a stalwart on the line that can be found regularly operating passenger services throughout their operating season. Keywords: D6732 Weybourne station 37032
53809, being readied & D6732 stabled, Weybourne Yard With one of the North Norfolk Railway's authentic timber armed summersault signals already pegged former S & D 7F 53809 appears to have reached boiler pressure in readiness to leave the confines of the yard. Kettle crisps A packet of crisp featuring on my website? However, notice the graphics used by the Norfolk based manufacturer featuring a totem! Whilst totems were enamelled in a number of colours throughout the network I do not recall any in gold?
