1525, 07.58 Kalundborg-Østerport, Vesterport S-Line station
Standing on Vesterport's S-Line (an urban-suburban rail network serving the Copenhagen urban area) platform 1525 is seen propelling the rear of the 07.58 Kalundborg to Østerport service. The S-Line and heavyweight trains are semi-submerged here as they leave to the north of Copenhagen Central station going in and out of a series of tunnels.

5010, 08.43 Helsingør-Copenhagen Central, Vesterport S-Line station
IC3 5010 'Roar' weaves its way past Vesterport S-Line station nearing its destination with the 08.43 Helsingør to Copenhagen Central. This unit received its name when new in at a ceremony in Roskilde with the addition of decorations of Viking motifs. The name is from the legendary Viking King Roar who was associated strongly with Roskilde in the sixth century.

5630, unidentified working, Ved Vesterport bridge
One of the notoriously unreliable Italian AnsaldoBreda built IC4 units passes an S-Line train at Vesterport station on the approaches to Copenhagen Central station. I was not able to identify what service set 5630 was working.

Set 4531 leads another unit both being joint DSB/SJ lightning trains (as they are so dubbed) pass Vestersport S-Line station working the 09.01 Nivå to Copenhagen Airport service. Nivå is a lovely small town on the coast of Øresund with a population of just over eight thousand people.
