 Yet another grey and miserable morning finds 390107 working the 08.10 Euston to Liverpool service past Roade but on the down slow line. This means that it will take the less direct rout between here and Rugby via Northampton.

 Returning from overnight engineering works on the WCML near Bourne End (Hertfordshire) 66056 brings up the rear of the 6R01 07.00 Bourne End to Bescot Yard with 66176 leading at the front. Having had a Sunday morning walk to witness the passing of this train I headed home for breakfast!
