Still feeling very poorly I was still determined to get out for a walk in the afternoon. I did so but needed to sit down on a bench on the recreation field halfway through my walk!

I failed to identify the track machines but they were one of a number that had passed this way in the last day or so. This working was the out-and-back 10.38 Hemel Hempstead Boxmoor Sidings to Hemel Hempstead Boxmoor Sidings via a reversal at Coventry. 66164, 14.59 DIRFT-Dollands Moor (6O71, 3L), Roade cutting Yesterday afternoon the 6O71 14.59 DIRFT (Daventry) to Dollanda Moor was worked by 66161, today it is similarly liveried 66164.
