A morning birthday walk into Frome found me passing the freight line that leads to Whatley quarry just as a loaded stone train was about to pass.

Class 59, 09.42 Whatley Quarry-Westbury Down TC (26L), Frome North Parade
An unidentified Class 59 leads the delayed 09.42 Whately Quarry to Westbury stone train. It is seen about to pass under Frome's North Parade bridge located very close to the town's centre; something that you would never know from this view! Unfortunately, the identification of this locomotive will remain unknown as TOPS did not appear to be fully working on this morning and Class 59s do not carry their numbers on the cab ends!
