Before our epic bike ride to Holt, I nipped to a spot, in all the years I have been visiting this area, that I never taken pictures from, the area near the A149 Coast Road bridge

A class 101 DMU set formed of M51188 and M56352 cross over the A149 Coast Road bridge working the North Norfolk Railway's first train of the day, the 09.55 Sheringham to Holt. It is another superb autumn morning which brings with it some lovely lighting.

92203, 10.30 Sheringham-Holt, A149 Coast Road bridge
The driver of 92203 'Black Prince' opens up the regulator as it climbs the gradient towards Weybourne as it crosses the A149 Coast Road with the North Norfolk Railway's 10.30 Sheringham to Holt service. It's a shame that the the strong north westerly wind has just dragged the exhaust the wrong side of the train, but at least it enhances the curve of the stock.

M56352 & M51188, 10.35 Holt-Sheringham, A149 Coast Road bridge
Having dropped daily supplies at Weybourne and Holt stations, M56352 and M51188 return with the 10.35 Holt to Sheringham. It is seen about to cross the A149 Coast Road bridge under skies with clouds racing across them on a strong north westerly wind blowing in off the sea.
