An hour or so at Victoria Bridge with Andy. As it was a Tuesday, he came over to do some tutoring with my son who was about to sit his GCSE examinations. For some reason that eludes me, we went in Andy's rather ancient and battered but much loved Nissan Serena of 1996 vintage!

Class 221, VT 12.35 Chester-London Euston (1A33, RT), Victoria Bridge
Yet another unidentified class 221 passes Victoria Bridge in Northamptonshire forming the 12.35 Chester to London Euston service. Quite why the set number is hidden so low down rendering it impossible to read from the lineside, frustrates me at times! At least the 390s can be identified from the little number on their carriage roofs near the pantographs.

Looking a bit bare in its unbranded condition, 66415 passes Victoria Bridge just south of Roade with the 12.12 Lawley Street to London Gateway Freightliner. The livery it's carrying is the the old DRS style but minus all branding. It was actually a Freightliner locomotive so will just be a matter of time before it turns green!
