The first time I copped D1015 was on the shed at Westbury back in 1976, so it is interesting that I am back again photographing it nearly fifty years later. I have just alighted from the Westbury Wizzo charter whilst it prepares for 66359 to be attached to the rear for its short onward journey to Cranmore on the East Somerset Railway. The sight, sound and smell of a Western is something to behold and is up there the very best that BR produced along with the Deltics.
