Andy and I travelled on the charter to Westbury but not onwards to Cranmore on the East Somerset Railway. Notice the wreath attached to lamp bracket of D1015. This was in honour of Andy Venn who passed away just a week before the charter ran. He was one of the founding members of the DTG who worked on D1015 when it was languishing at Swindon and later Oal Oak Common. More recently he has been one of the DTG's technical riders accompanying the locomotive on its wanderings.
