Celebrity unit 507001 leaves Liverpool South Parkway as the 15.27 Southport to Hunts Cross. Andy and I had travelled almost the entire length of the Merseyrail Northern Line network on this train from Southport. It's a shame that the confined lighting does not reveal that this unit is painted in a reproduction of BR's blue and grey livery as it first appeared when it entered service back in 1978.
