Petersfield signal box (LSW, 1880s) A superb survival from the Victorian age still doing what it was designed and built to do! Petersfield signal box dates from around 1880 and looks to be in good condition. An unusual feature is the fretted timber valance and at the other end of the box it still retains its timber steps leading to a small landing.
