The charter left Windsor and Eaton Riverside station at 15.40 and was heading back to Crewe dropping customers off at various points between the two. Note the BR blue and grey Mk.1 catering vehicle marshalled in the centre of the train spoiling the look of the Statesman liveried Mk. II stock
