In a few year's time, I would be standing on

the trackbed of HS2! This view is looking northwest near the villages of Upper and Lower Boddington in Northamptonshire. The large new bridge constructed in the background will carry a relatively minor road over the line as it heads towards Birmingham. I am not too sure as to how long it will be until trains pass this spot, only time and various governments will tell on that question!
