Crossing the Royal Border bridge, Berwick-Upon-Tweed Another of my trademark 'crossing a bridge' photographs! This time, the 09.00 King's Cross to Edinburgh service crosses the Royal Border bridge with the estuary of the River Tweed passing out to the North Sea in the background. The A1197 road bridge is seen with the much older and historic Berwick Bridge behind it.
