In addition, due to the refusal of the regulator to allow WCR to use their own Mk. 1 stock without the fitting of CDL (central door locking), they have had to hire in compliant stock that has been hastily re-branded with WCR vinyls. Still running as 1Z86 (in a nod to its usual haulage) the charter is seen arriving at Milton Keynes station on a very dull February morning.
