Looking superb in its reproduction ScotRail livery DBSO 9707 leads the 07.52 Crewe to Norwich East Anglian Push-Pull charter running as 1Z23. 47712 'Lady Dina Spencer' was providing the power for the train at the rear. The forecast was not particularly good for this day so my initial plan was another spot that would have been poor if the sun had been out. However, as can be seen, some weak sunshine did put in an appearance so Andy and I changed our plans ending up here near the village of Wing just a mile east of Manton Junction.
