 Normally, the outward Cumbrian Mountain Express follows this Virgin service, the 07.30. Euston to Glasgow service, after both trains reach Milton Keynes. However, something went wrong today with the charter held at Milton Keynes Central for an unspecified reason for a long enough time that I had to head off for a prior appointment. Evidently, it did pass this spot at Blisworth near Northampton some fifteen minutes after I left for the car. Notice the camber of the track at this location and the Pendolino doing what it does so well, tilting in order to make best use of that camber.
