As the sun was actually putting in an all too brief appearance I popped out from home to capture it passing through Roade. 56301 is seen leading the 07.29 Wembley to Burton-ot-Wetmore Junction made up of a loaded rake of smart JMA/MMA aggregate box wagons. Notice the extreme glint from a southbound Pendolino towards the rear of the train and the three crows startled no doubt by the noise of the Grid!
