Parapet, SMJR bridge 149, Towcester Whilst the brickwork of the parapet of Bridge 149, a former SMJR (Stratford upon Avon & Midland Junction Railway) structure, looks a little in need of repair the bridge is essentially in good condition. It no longer carries Tiffield Road now just a footpath and cycleway since the Towcester bypass was opened in the late 1980s.
