A lot of potential power to haul just four coaches! West Coast Railways' 10.19 Southall to Carnforth (Steamtown) 5M43 stock move passes Roade hauled by 57009 and 57012. I must admit that I do prefer the painting of West Coast's locomotives into a British Railways retro. green livery rather than their rather drab red. At least the former seems to photograph slightly better but neither are perfect in this respect. Just time to whiz home on the Brompton to whisk my wife out for lunch!
