The superb North Eastern Railway Falsgrave signal box was built in 1908 and once controlled the signalling in and around Scarborough station. It was famed for its superb gantry that spanned the line from about the point where I am standing that was thankfully saved and now in use at Grosmont on the North Yorkshire Moor's Railway, see.....
