It's a shame that the trees behind the up platform at Heckington have been permitted to grow so tall as from this angle one used to be permitted not only a fantastically historic railway scene but also the grand windmill, the top three sails of which can just be seen, added extra interest as seen in my 1980 photograph, see....https://www.ontheupfast.com/p/21936chg/29682547404/heckington-signal-box The 14.46 Nottingham to Skegness service arrives at the station worked by 170418.
