 Colloquially known as the 'Redfearns' the 08.20 Middleton Towers to Monk Bretton (Barnsley) passes March West Junction led by 66737 'Lesia'. This train conveys sand excavated from a site just east of King's Lyn utilising a spur of the former Great Eastern route that once linked through to Swaffham and Derham now kept open solely for that purpose. Interestingly, the same situation occurs at the other end of the train's route.
