37884, 12.00 Derby RTC-Wembley Yard (0H72, 7E), Roade cutting had spotted the path for a light engine on RTT when studying it for the forthcoming day as I do most mornings (I need to get a life really don’t I!). Come its departure time nothing was showing on RTT so I suspected that it would not run, but suddenly, whilst eating my lunch, half an hour after its scheduled departure time it was off and running! Running now some twenty minutes late, 37884 ‘Cepheus’ accelerates through Roade cutting running as 0H72, the 12.00 Derby RTC to Wembley Yard. I suspect that it will be involved in some sort of movement of a scrap train in the forthcoming week to Newport (Sims Group).
