Bringing up the rear of the 07.50 Victoria to Liverpool South Parkway nagex charter at Wilson’s Crossing north of Northampton 67024 ‘Belmond British Pullman’ is seen. While this Class 67 does not carry nameplates it carries vinyls but can it be classified as a ‘namer’…..what do you think out there? In clear view to the extreme left of the photograph is the western pier of the bridge that will support Northampton’s extremely controversial Northern Relief road as it crosses the line. I suspect that this bridge will offer no vantage point of the line for the railway photographer with any prospective views blocked by huge parapets!
