47804, outward leg of The Cheshireman, 06.39 London Euston-Chester (1Z69, 6E), Haversham SP818425
The diesel hauled outward leg of The Cheshrieman charter that
left Euston at 06.39 running as 1Z69 crosses Wolverton viaduct watched by a couple of swans enjoying the flooding of the River Great Ouse. 47804 leads the charter that was supposed to have been steam-hauled for at least part of its journey but was diesel hauled throughout. I really think that the charter market is struggling at the moment with no more than half a dozen people in the carriages visible in this image, something that I have noted on others seen recently too.
