Unfortunately, try as I might I have been unable to identify what train 45013 was leading as it approached Aller Junction on this dull afternoon on the last day of May. The signal on Aller's fine gantry indicates that it was heading towards Paignton and the Mk. I stock would tend to indicate that it perhaps was coming from the northeast, can anybody help out with the service please? Formally D20, 45013 stayed in service until April 1987 carrying the unofficial name 'Wyvern' and some other embellishments applied by the enthusiastic staff at Tinsley towards the end of its life.
