Unfortunately, the bright start promised by the Met. Office did not materialise with a cloudy and grey morning instead so the spot that I chose to photograph the outward 1Z79 charter from Euston to Leeds was not actually required! Also, I was hoping that the oddly named 'Powerful Pennine Panorama', led by 67020 would have fitted in the gap that I had identified but, as can be seen, 67005 'Queen's Messenger' is blocked from view at the rear of the train by small trees that have grown significantly since I last visited this location near to the village of Milton Malsor near Northampton.
