Despite the perceived size of Bath Green Park station it

only had two platforms. There was an opportunity for an additional platform outside of the main building to the northern side at this spot but it was never built. In contemporary photographs, it appears this was used by vehicles to access the platforms for the purposes of loading and unloading of goods
