57010, unidentified up RHTT, Thorpe Junction
An image that has needed a fair bit of Photoshop treatment! I hate extreme lighting in my photographs, particularly burnt out light areas at the expense of darker ones. With digital photography, it is easier to lighten up under-exposed areas with them often containing a surprising amount of detail in the blackness! So, I tend to expose an image for the sky and other brightly lit areas and then split that area away as a layer enabling me to then deal with the darker area sepparatly. It has worked reasonably well here at Thorpe Junction near Norwich station. It shows 57010 leaving with an unidentified RHTT train that I presume was returning to its base at Stowmarket.
