With the rain starting to come down again, 50035 'Ark Royal' arrives at Bewdley station leading the 13.50 Kidderminster to Bridgnorth diesel gala service. Andy and I took this train back up the line to Hampton Loade enjoying some English Electric action! Notice D1062 'Western Courier' waiting to the right that will work the 14.27 shuttle service to Kidderminster. It was also nice that we were able to share our compartment with Sally Murray the widow of well known and respected SVR and prolific Class 50 photographer Ian Murray who sadly recently died after a long battle with cancer.
