37608 'Andromeda' ambles through the sunny Northamptonshire countryside between Roade

and Ashton as the 08.42 Derby RTC to Orient Way light engine move. Unfortunately, for any enthusiasts out on the glorious early autumn day much further south they were to be denied a photograph as the move was terminated at Bletchley where it stayed for a few hours before returning north later in the day. It was destined to go to the new Orient Way depot adjacent to Spitalfields Market in east London but obviously, the situation changed hence its hefty layover some ten miles south of this location.
