A more unusual photograph of 390040 working the 6G34 16.41 Euston to Birmingham New Street Avanti service as it passes Roade. It is taken with the camera's lens at its widest angle displaying a lot more of the scene that was once full of sidings and with the large Pianoforte factory occupying the site that is now a large housing estate. With the lens at this extreme setting, some work was needed in Photoshop to straighten things up with all sorts of converging horizontal and vertical planes but it makes for a change from a more conventional setting.
