The second and disused station entrance to Edge Hill station

remains firmly closed off at both ends. From the platforms, these large and unsightly gates prevent access to the cobbled and extremely overgrown entrance ramp. At the other end of the entrance on Tunnel Road there is an equally ugly and vandalised brick wall and metal gate. It seems a great shame that such a historically important station such as this is so badly kept - perhaps this will be recognised soon and some effort put into improving this situation?
