Every minute that this charter was delayed, and by this stage this was mounting up, meant that the photograph was becoming even more backlit! 66737 'Lesia' leads the outward leg of a VSOE private charter organised by GBRf who supplied their own motive power. The charter left Victoria at 06.49 running as 1Z6o picking up as far as Kettering heading for the Severn Valley Railway. Out of sight on the rear here at Shernbrook Junction was 50049 'Defiance'.
