It took Andy and me a little time to reach this location near the village of Stainforth that I had identified using the Ordnance Survey map. With a landscaped spoil heap in the background, Northern's 170473 passes with the 13.57 Sheffield to Scarborough service. On arrival at Hull, the unit will then reverse and take the scenic coastal route to its destination via Bridlington.
