31289 undergoes some much-needed cosmetic restoration in Pitsforrd yard to

the northern end of the Northampton and Lamport Railway. The former British Railways Type 3 has been operating in a very dilapidated state for a number of years being named, slightly tongue in cheek I suspect, 'Pheonix'! I am not sure what the paint is that is being used but I hope that it is only an undercoat!
