Bagnall 0-6-0 number 2996 'Victor' departs from Blue Anchor station

I had just travelled to Blue Anchor on the outward working as the 10.35 ex Minehead. 2996 was built in 1951 (only twenty-nine years before this picture was taken) for the Steel Company of Wales plant at Port Talbot and looks a little out of place in an otherwise classically GW scene.
