Kilnhurst South Signal Box (GC, date not known) I can find out very little information about Kilnhurst South Junction signal box. It is a classic Great Central structure but its date of construction is unknown but I would think that it would be sometime during the early twentieth century. It was located just north of Rotherham near to Rawmarsh. Notice the three disc shunting signals arranged in a vertical manner due to spacing issues between the running lines.
