These IR4 units appear very similar to the IR3 units but they have no engines as they are the electric version of the same units! They were introduced in 2000 built by Adtranz in Sweden and operate on both DB and SJ (Sweedish railways) despite the two networks having different electrical specification, 25kV versus 15kV respectively. 4523 leads set XX23 out of Copenhagen Central station forming a shuttle service to the international airport.
