319216 leads two other units on the 06.50 Northampton to Euston train past Ashton Road bridge just south of the village of Roade. Note the frost on the embankment following a cold night and on what should have been a bright and sunny morning. However, a stubborn area of cloud behind me prevented the sun from illuminating the scene and warming things up! This particular train is a commuter working that is usually very busy. However, due to the Coronavirus outbreak, a quick glance through the windows as it passed revealed that it was almost empty!
