73139, 31106 & 31459, stabled, RVEL Derby Electro-diesel 73139 is seen outside Railway Vehicle Engineering Limited (RVEL) on the approach to Derby station. It is still wearing its brown and cream Pullman livery from its time when it worked for the charter operator. It was withdrawn way back in 1999 and I am not at all sure what the future holds for it. It may well be used for component recovery and then scrapped or possible conversion to one of the Ultra73s but, I suspect that this will be unlikely. Behind the 73 is 31106 31459.
