37716, 37682 & 31465, stabled, RVEL Derby Basking in the spring sunshine outside Loram's Railway Vehicle Engineering Limited facility at Derby a number of almost vintage locomotives are seen. To the far left is 37716 then one of Network Rail's class 73s that have recently been converted from an electro-diesel to a full diesel. Next in the line up is 37682 followed by 31465. Without knowing the identity of the class 73 (can anybody advise?), by far the oldest locomotive in this scene is 31465 having been introduced in the summer of 1960 making it an incredible forty-five years old!
