The purpose of my morning trip to Roade cutting was

to capture the passage of the 5Z02 Willesden to Derby move. Here, DRS's 37402 propels 'Caroline', numbered 975025, through the cutting. 'Caroline' was originally built in 1958 at Eastleigh Works as type AZA trailer restaurant buffet car (trb) numbered S60755, intended for use in Class 203 diesel-electric multiple-unit No. 1036.
