A meeting of grey trains at Newcastle Central! Both 91121 (left) and 91103 (right) still wear their NXEC livery with simple East Coast branding despite both operations being obsolete. I am sure that it will not be long before the two locomotives will wear their smart and new Virgin East Coast liveries. The train to the left will soon leave with the 16.25 to King's Cross whilst to the right the 13.00 from King's Cross to Edinburgh is getting underway to continue its northwards journey.
